General

“The Buyer” shall mean the person, firm or company with whom the contract is made;

“The Goods” shall mean any goods being the subject of any order by the Buyer agreed to be sold by Katzart to the Buyer.

Any order the Buyer makes for Goods from Katzart is deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions to the exclusion of any others.  No variation or modification of or substitution for these terms and conditions shall be binding and any other proposed terms and conditions shall be void unless specifically accepted by Katzart in writing.

If you agree to purchase goods from Katzart then you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove products or information without notice.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All orders and quotes made prior to the changes will not be affected.

Our sites may contain links to other sites and suppliers which are not under the control of Katzart and we therefore take no responsibility for the content or availability of these sites.

Katzart shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in this website, except to the extent stated in the terms and conditions of sale (where applicable) and to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Katzart makes every effort to correctly show sizes and colours but reproduction on-screen may vary from the actual product and from screen to screen. If you would prefer to see a sample before ordering, please contact us.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in each peice of any particular design; for example colour, size and shape of completed items and their components.

Ordering & Payment

Phone & Email Orders
Orders will be accepted email or by phone and transferred onto our Order Form.  Customers must provide a preferred method of contact with all orders (email, text, or phone).  All orders will be confirmed back within 24 hours, at which time any stock or order delays will be made clear to the customer and a request for payment will be made. 
If you are ordering Wedding stationery there are various options/designs available for you to choose from. Subsequently, you will receive a Job Authorisation Form (JAF) including a sample pack of designs for you to choose from.  Once you have made your final choice(s), return your form to Katzart.  Your order will be confirmed and a request for payment will be made, as with any other Katzart products.

Orders at Events
Orders will only be accepted on our Order Form with a customer signature and full payment.  Customers must provide a preferred method of contact with all orders (email, text, or phone). 

Any stock or order delays will be made clear to the customer at the time of ordering.  The customer will be kept informed at all times of the progress of their order.

Internet Orders
Payment must be made at time of ordering.

Payment and Progress
The customer will be kept informed at all times of the progress of their order.  Work will not start on any order until some form of cleared payment has been received.  Payment can be accepted by Cheque or uncrossed Postal Order to Katzart (address on request) or by Credit/Debit Card via Paypal to info@katzart.co.uk. We also accept Credit/Debit Cards via Izettle at events

Postage

Our postage costs are based on the value of goods ordered and are as follows:

Up to £7.50 ~ £1.25

£7.51-£15.00 ~ £2.50

£15.01-£20.00 ~ £3.50

£20.00-£35.00 ~ £5.50

£35 and over ~ £7.50

These are for UK customers only. We can post overseas, including to BFPO, but you would need to contact us by email or phone with your order for us to advise you of the postage costs.

Time Scales

While we endeavour to deliver as soon as possible, you need to allow the following maximum times for delivery:

Greetings Cards - 2 weeks; Stationery – 2 weeks; Boxes & Storage – 2-3 weeks; Albums – 2-3 weeks; Frames – 3-4 weeks; Accessories – 2-3 weeks; Jewellery – 2 -3 weeks; Craft Shop – 2 weeks. 

Katzart reserves the right to extend these delivery times in the event of staff holidays or product stock or order delays and customers will be advised of any delays at time of ordering.
The customer will be kept informed at all times of the progress of their order.

 

Complaints, Returns & Refunds

Please feel free to contact Katzart if you are not happy with the product or service you receive.  We are quite happy to discuss returns and refunds (partial or full) as well as any other proposals you can suggest to come to a mutually agreeable resolution.  Customers must contact Katzart within 48 hours of receiving their delivery to advise of any problems.  All contact will receive an initial response within 48 hours of being made, although the outcome may take longer to completely resolve. 

We will only accept returns with an ARN (Authorised Return Number obtainable from Katzart) which must be on the package when you send it back.  All return postage costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 We will only accept returns back within 14 days of purchase.
  If the fault on the Goods is found to be because the Buyer has confirmed a design or information incorrectly with the fault being evident then Katzart will not be liable for any cost to replace the product.

Any refunds can only be made back to the same payment method that has been used to purchase the Goods. 
We are unable to refund money into another name or account.

We are unable to offer refunds on bespoke or personalised items. Orders for bespoke items are not covered under the distance selling regulations so therefore do not have a cooling off period once payment has been made.

 

Privacy Notice

Katzart is committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell, distribute or give out any of our customer's information. You can be assured that any personal information that you give us, stays with us.
Katzart only collects customer information such as name, telephone number, mailing address, e-mail address, billing information, etc. to ensure a secure and accurate ordering process. We use your e-mail address and phone number to confirm your orders with you.  We also use your email address to tell you about promotions, special offers and events, but we will only send you these if you want to receive them.

Katzart reserves the right to make changes to our policies at any time without any notification. We will notify our customers of any privacy policy changes through e-mail.  Changes to policy become immediately effective upon being posted to the website.
